Keller J. Blackburn’s Victim Assistance Program offers many supportive services specific to the needs of victims of crime. In addition to ensuring that crime victims are aware of their rights, advocates provide case information, court escort, assistance with victim impact statements, assistance with civil protection orders, appropriate referrals, and information specific to the criminal case, including post-conviction information.
